We met when my home was flooded and I needed to find someone to dismantle the old kitchen and replace it with a nice new shiny one. I also wanted someone who was local, contactable, reliable and amenable. Andrew was all these things and more. From the outset meeting Andrew, I knew that K&B were the company for us. A date was organised and Andrew, Kieron and Alfie turned up on time and raring to go. Nothing was too much and as the week went one there were several issues to deal with, all regarding the kitchen supplier, but they were professional and assisted in any way they could to make the process less stressful. The kitchen was completed on time and looked absolutely amazing, far better than I expected. There were a few snagging issues, as you get on any build, but the customer service shown was second to none and nothing is too much for them to fix the issues, even continuing issues caused from the kitchen supplier. Andrew and his team did an amazing job and I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone wanting a kitchen fitting and they are booked in for another new kitchen in a couple of weeks time for my new house. I have also used Andrew and K&B Specialists for a complete house renovation, turning a totally dishevelled and battered ex-rental property into a show house ready to sell. They completely understood the project from the start and worked to my very tight budget. Again, nothing was too much, even with me changing things as we went along. Recent Update: I really would not go anywhere else now for kitchens, bathrooms or any kind of home improvement with the team now completing a kitchen refurb for me, a shower replacement and changing my homes UPBC from double to triple glazing.
